cute vibe tidy room excellent location
i'm genuinely charmed by my recent visit (everything just clicked). the lobby had a beautiful, cute vibe with nice lighting. my room was clean and tidy, a detail i always appreciate and it had a fridge. the location on bourbon street was excellent, providing quick access to other areas.
The doors to the hotel rooms seemed a bit thin. I could hear hallway conversations.

central location clean room helpful staff great visit
i appreciated the hotel's central location, placing me right in the heart of everything. the room was very clean, and i found it to be a peaceful retreat after spending time out and about. the staff was always available and ready to help with any requests i had. i'm thankful for such a great visit.
I had a bit of trouble finding readily available information on nearby public transportation options from the concierge. That was a minor inconvenience.

the staff was helpful. they quickly switched my room to one away from the street noise. the interior balcony two queen beds room was spacious. i appreciated the prompt service.
the pool had a noticeable scum ring. i also found the phone at the front desk frequently unanswered. it made requesting towels difficult since housekeeping seemed unavailable.
